The inn consists of the original 1887 Historic Victorian Mansion, the 1897 Chauffeur's Cottage, the two Garden Cottages, and the new Acadia Cottage. The spacious 1 1/2 acre grounds provide the guests with ample parking and room to relax and enjoy the lawn and gardens. The elegant common rooms are decorated with Victorian wall coverings, original maple floors and several working fireplaces. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance to village shops, restaurants, and ocean activities and is one mile from Acadia National Park. All of the guestrooms and spacious suites are furnished with fine antiques, period accessories, gracious touches and comfortable surroundings. Some have working fireplaces and garden views.
